Cardiology Consultation
This is a one on one interview and discussion with a cardiologist about your heart problems, and includes a review of your symptoms, physical examination and establishment of a treatment plan.

Office Visit
This visit is reserved for established patients or post hospital discharges. This is a one on one visit with either a cardiologist or a nurse practitioner. The visit can include discussion about your heart, test results, examinations, medications and plan of care.

Lipid Clinic
This is a one on one discussion with a nurse practitioner about your cholesterol. It includes dietary instructions, education and medication recommendations and dosage adjustments.

Congestive Heart Failure Clinic
This is a one on one discussion with a health care provider about your heart failure. It includes education regarding activity, exercise tolerance, sodium and fluid restrictions, and daily weights. It may include evaluation of medication with dosage adjustments. It also can include IV medications if needed to relieve your symptoms.
